Everyone loves a date night, but unfortunately, we don't all have the bank balance to treat ourselves to steak night and a bottle of wine every week.
However, Lidl is here to save our relationships and our purse strings with its new bargain steak deal.
The budget supermarket is selling steaks with sides for five, along with an award-winning wine for just £3.40 per person.
That means you could have two date nights and sneaky little treat night for yourself, or you could even invite your mates round and impress them with your steak cooking abilities.
The Ultimate British Night consists of everything you need for a bloody good night at the dinner table with your nearest and dearest.
It includes:
- Birchwood Farm XXL British Beef Rump Steaks (£9.99)
- A bag of Oaklands Wild Rocket (39p)
- A bag of Harvest Basket Potato Wedges (65p)
- Two bottles of award-winning Cimarosa South African Pinotage (£2,99 per bottle)
Let's face it, we could even polish all of that off ourselves in a week - and who wouldn't want to eat steak every night for a week?
The deal is available in Lidl stores from 15th September, until stocks last.
If this deal has got your taste buds tingling for some delicious meat then you might also want to stop off at Aldi, who recently announced that it would be selling one of the most expensive steaks in the world for a ridiculously cheap price.
The supermarket is selling its Specially Selected Wagyu Sirloin Steak and Specially Selected Wagyu Ribeye Steak, which usually sells for an eye-watering £500 per kilo.

But unless you're a millionaire, you probably can't afford to shell out that much for some meat, so thankfully you can get hold of the steaks for just £7.99 at Aldi.
The super succulent and tender Ribeye cut comes from between the rib bones of the bull and is known for its bold flavour. However, the Sirloin is a little bit denser with less fat and would be best cooked on a BBQ. Yummy.
