NGL, it took me quite a while to like gin, but as I got older and my taste got a little more sophisticated the spirit became my drink of choice. I just can't get enough of it now.

If you are looking for a new job, a change in career or you're just a huge gin-fiend like I am, this could be the answer to all your prayers. A gin distillery in Manchester is currently hiring for a 'Gin Experience Host' to join their team. Sounds like a dream position, TBH.

The Three Rivers is searching for someone to lead tours of its distillery. It's the only one of its kind in Manchester city centre, making the opportunity completely unique, and probably quite competitive.

The brand offers tours to its visitors to give them an insight into how the tasty drink is made, and all about the history of gin. There is even a mini classroom with copper stills.

The 'Gin Experience Host' will also lend a hand by helping out in the distillery too.

The job ad, which was posted on the company's Facebook and Instagram, reads: "We have a very exciting opportunity for one lucky person to become part of our growing team at Manchester Three Rivers Gin.

"We are looking to hire a Gin Experience Host/Distillery Assistant to deliver our award-winning Gin Experience and to be part of the team at the first city centre distillery in Manchester's history."

Of course, they want someone who LOVES gin. I wonder if you'll get to try all their spirits on a daily basis?

It continues: "We want someone who is passionate, dedicated and willing to learn (and loves gin!). In exchange you will have a once in a lifetime opportunity to join an exciting and growing brand."

If you want to apply for the exciting opportunity, email a CV and cover letter to

If gin isn't your thing, maybe these pretty prosecco cocktails will be:

Someone get me a drink, preferably a Gordon's pink spritz!
