We're putting it out there: Galaxy chocolate is seriously underrated. No other chocolate quite manages to achieve that melt-in-the-mouth dreaminess. It's honestly like liquid gold in chocolate form. Fight us, Dairy Milk lovers.
Anyway, the point is that the brains behind the smooth choc are launching Galaxy Truffles, a twist on the famous recipe which sees a rich, velvety truffle centre encased in smooth milk chocolate.

If these sound familiar, you wouldn't be wrong. A Galaxy Truffle may have passed your lips when they were first introduced in the mixed Celebrations box, waaaaay back. However they were removed from the mix in 2011, leaving devotees of the truffle fuming.

Lucky for us, passionate petitions to bring them back have been successful and now Galaxy Truffles are getting their own dedicated box, and are being introduced to the confectionery stand ALL. YEAR. ROUND - so no more arguing for the last one at Christmas.
Now for the important stuff: Galaxy Truffles will be available for £4.99 for a 206g box from mid-August in supermarkets and stores nationwide. From mid-September, you'll be able to get a bigger box (329g) for £7.49 exclusively in Tesco.
