Create Your Perfect Box Of Chocolates With Quality Street Pick-And-Mix
No Christmas is complete without a tin of Quality Streets - the purple boxes of joy are pretty much a staple part of any Boxing Day spent lounging in front of the telly.
If your family has had one too many arguments about who ate all the Strawberry Delights or nabbed all the Orange Cremes, then Quality Street and John Lewis have come up with the solution.
Whether you're partial to The Purple One, or gagging for the Green Triangle, you're going to be thrilled as Quality Street and John Lewis have joined forces to bring you the pick-and-mix of your dreams.
Harry Wallop posted a pic of the pick-and-mix, along with some info about the idea which has been confirmed by a John Lewis rep.
This, however, is genius. @johnlewisretail has teamed up with @QualityStreetUK. For £12 you can pick and mix your own 1.2kg tin, and chose which sweets. Hate the strawberry cream? You can ditch it. Want loads of purple ones? No prob pic.twitter.com/Wa48rnuFtc

For £12 you can mix your own tin of the classic chocolates, getting you 1.2kg of all your favourite chocolates, with none of the ones that always get left at the bottom of the tin.
The only catch is that you have to mix at least four varieties of chocolates, so you won't be able to make yourself a full box solely of the Caramel Swirls for example.
The pick-and-mix stands will be showing up in 11 different John Lewis stores up and down the country, and they'll be making an appearance from 21st September and will be available up until 23rd December.
And, if you're London-based, the Oxford Street John Lewis will even give you the opportunity to personalise your tin with your name for just an extra £3.
You'll be hard-pressed to find a better Christmas gift than this, so best get it marked down in your calendars!
