Aldi's Award-Winning Prosecco Is Now Less Than A Fiver

There is only one thing better than a bottle of fizzy prosecco, and that's a bottle of award-winning prosecco that costs less than a fiver.

No, we're not teasing you, as Aldi is now selling its tasty Belletti Prosecco Spumante DOC for just £4.99, meaning you can have as many bubbles as you bloody well fancy this weekend.

Bottles of this floral and citrus fruit fizz come with an already affordable price tag of £5.99, meaning you will be making a saving of a quid with this new deal.

If you are buying it in bulk to toast the royal wedding this Saturday, you will especially notice this saving.

Julie Ashfield, Joint Managing Director of Corporate Buying at Aldi, said: "When it comes to choosing an all-important bottle of bubbly to toast to this special weekend, we're proud to be able to offer our customers great-value products without compromising on quality.

"As well as offering our incredible range of award-winning sparkling wine and champagne every day, we have reduced our best-selling Belletti Prosecco Spumante DOC to just £4.99 ahead of the weekend, which is sure to be a hit with shoppers."

The £4.99 price tag makes it one of the cheapest bottles of fizz in supermarkets that's currently on offer, and the deal begins on Thursday.

Expect a round of fisticuffs in the booze aisles of Aldi if you want to grab a few bottles of this affordable bubbly.

As part of the hilariously titled Markle Sparkle, ASDA slashed the price of its Yellow Label Prosecco down to £5 from its usual price of £6.

Lidl also has a slightly more expensive bottle of prosecco on offer, but it is still super cheap. For just £5.25, you can treat yo'self to a bottle of Allini Prosecco Frizzante DOC.

You're spoilt for choice!
