Nowadays, you'd be hard pressed to find a beauty buff who doesn't collect the Urban Decay Naked eyeshadow palettes. They're a makeup lover's staple.

So there are going to be a lot of excited buyers today after the news that they're releasing a brand new edition - named Naked Honey.

As the name suggests, the 12-pan palette will offer a mixture of beautiful gold and brown shades, which range from matte offerings to their staple shimmers.

According to Urban Decay, the product is meant to give a "retro golden glow".

They tease that it features "12 all-new, golden neutrals that include classic golds, warm ambers, and rich chocolate browns."

Before adding: "Reach for our go-to shade Amber (it practically glows), create the perfect hazy, smoked-out eye with Sting (warm brown matte), or get hooked on Honey (intense gold metallic) for the ultimate '70s statement eye."

Fans first found out about the product thanks to pop-star and all round diva Lizzo, who is the face of the launch.

Sharing a stunning selfie on her Instagram story, Lizzo went on to flash the palette as she teased its release.

It's no surprise fans went nuts, seeing as the products are known for their cult following.

The Naked Palette was launched in 2010 and included neutral tones and smokey greys, but it prompted national mourning when it was discontinued last year, with a funeral even being held in its honour.

Since, there has been plenty of equally popular spin-off products, like the Naked2, Naked3, Naked Heat.

The bright and bubbly Naked Cherry palette was the most recent addition last year - but the Honey addition is sure to go down a treat with fans who like a more elegant, glitzy look.

You can get your hands on the newest Urban Decay product from 13th September on urbandecay.co.uk, at the usual price of £42.
