We're keen to hear about miracle products as much as the next person, which is why our ears pricked up when we caught wind of a heat spray which has had over 800 positive reviews on Amazon.

Women are raving about Color Wow's Dream Coat Supernatural Spray which promises to 'slay humidity' and 'prevent frizz'. The product - costing £24 - is being called a miracle product by women that have used it.

One reviewer, who gave the product five stars, said: "Absolutely delighted at how this actually does work!! (sic) Tried so many products now to try and tame fluffy colour treated hair.

"Keeps hair smooth and sleek for days and doesn't make hair at all greasy."

Another fan said: "OMG this is amazing," adding: "I know the price tag is a little high but you don't need much and the difference to my hair is unbelievable!"

She continued: "All my life - near 50 years my hair has been frizzy and unmanageable" before discovering the product.

Another woman called the effect of the spray "soft, shiny hair with glass-like reflections."

It's said to be perfect for hot and humid weather - so ideal for the upcoming heatwave, right?

The creators of the heat-activated spray describe it as an "all-season, weather proofing powerhouse that encapsulates hair in an imperceptible anti-humidity, anti-static jacket which completely transforms the look and feel of hair's texture".

The Amazon bestseller is said to contain a formula which turns the hair into a "raincoat" against heat when you take your hairdryer or straighteners to your hair. Its effects are also said to last three days.

Color Wow recommends using the spray after shampooing and conditioning, then applying evenly onto damp (not not) towel-dried hair. It then requires blow-drying to activate.

Color Wow's Dream Coat Supernatural Spray is currently being sold on Amazon for £24 with free delivery to the UK.
