Meghan Markle has been spotted taking part in an official engagement in London wearing an affordable maternity dress from high street retailer H&M.
The Duchess of Sussex, 37, wore the £24.99 cream polo neck dress from H&M's maternity range for an outing to the Mayhew animal rescue centre.
The former actress, expected to give birth at the end of April, paired her maternity dress with a cream Emporio Armani coat, worth an estimated £2,000.
Meghan was recently announced as a patron of Mayhew Animal Home & Humane Education Centre, one of the busiest animal sanctuaries in London.
"Mayhew is an animal welfare charity working to improve life for dogs, cats and the people in our community - at our home in London and internationally," the charity says about its work.
When Meghan's patronages were announced, a Kensington Palace spokesman said she has a history of supporting animal welfare organisations. "The Duchess has long understood the connection between animals and community welfare and has supported various animal rescue centers in Los Angeles," the spokesman said.
But this isn't the first time Meghan has opted for an affordable maternity clothing option. Last year, she wore a gorgeous black maternity dress that cost just £38 from ASOS during a trip to New Zealand.
The Duchess, however, styled the outfit with citrine and diamond earrings from Maison Birks, which are worth an eye-watering £2,255.

And after her wedding to Prince Harry last year, Meghan's make-up artist Daniel Martin revealed that he used a bargain £8 Aquaphor skin balm instead of an expensive highlighter to give her a glowing complexion.
