After enduring more than her fair share of painful and public heartbreak over the years, it's no huge surprise popstar Cheryl, who has been married twice, now legally goes by her maiden name Tweedy.

When it comes to her showbiz career, the 33-year-old insists on being called 'just Cheryl'. Not Fernandez-Versini and especially not Cole.

However, the Girls Aloud star was left red faced today when she was introduced by the wrong name during a live TV interview.

Here's what Twitter had to say about the incident:

Since giving birth to baby Bear Payne in March of this year, Cheryl has been keeping a relatively low profile.

Apart from the rare selfie uploaded to Instagram, she refrains a private life behind closed doors, and we don't blame her.

However, she has now made her first official public appearance for the first time since welcoming her new son into the world, and she's looking incredible.

Cheryl was seen showing her support at the Game 4 Grenfell event - a charity football match being held to raise funds for victims of the Grenfell tower block fire.

Dressed in a pair of bold red trousers and white crop top, she showed off her toned midriff in the sunny autumn weather.

Former Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts share a snap of the pair enjoying a day out together on her personal Instagram account.

Under the image, in which both singers were seen throwing large pouts towards the camera, the gorgeous redhead wrote: "Kisses from Game 4 Grenfell with Chez."

Just moments after posting the image, many of Nicola's 233k followers were quick to comment on how well they both looked.

"You both look beautiful," gushed one fan.

As somebody else added: "Cheryl looks so good."

"You gals look amazing. What a great cause," exclaimed another admirer.

Cheryl, too, shared some snaps from her day at the match, uploading a photograph of herself and Nicola stood with footballing legend Chris Kamara to her Instagram story.

She looks stunning!
