Autumn is firmly upon us, although with the dark nights and drop in temperatures, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was winter.

We think there are two absolute essentials that we need to get us through these long, cold days as we begin the countdown for Christmas.

Of course, one of the essentials we need to get us through is jumpers, because who doesn't secretly love that when the temperature drops, we can dress in lovely, cosy jumpers?!

The second essential being prosecco, because how the heck are we supposed to get excited for the festive season without a bit of bubbly?!

We've got our gals' backs, and have helpfully posted about a few prosecco deals that Morrisons and ASDA have going at the moment. You're welcome.

But what better way to combine the two ultimate essentials than this light up prosecco jumper?!

This cute lil' number by George at ASDA is an absolute bargain as well at just £18! Dark navy in colour, the jumper is encrusted with sequins and light up bulbs, with a handy on/off switch inside.

It also handily has a 'to' and 'from' tag on it, perfect for gifting for Christmas.

If you fancy something a little bit less jazzy then good old George also has this cute 'Peace, Love and Prosecco' jumper that I totally want to be wearing on Christmas day.

This one may not have flashing lights, but it is a little bit cheaper at just £12.50 and it already has some great reviews even after just a short time of being in stores.

One reviewer took to the ASDA website to write: "Can't wait to wear this jumper over Christmas. It looks great and i love the little bells that jingle - very festive!

"Not too thick which is good. Looking at it on the hanger i thought it was going to be too big but once on it looks fine, though is a loose fit item. Christmassy without being OTT, just what i was looking for and a great price."

I can't wait to get my hands on one.
