It's been over 44 years since the original Mary Poppins movie hit screens way back in 1964, and now she is back in a brand new sequel.
Walt Disney Studios has just released the trailer for upcoming film Mary Poppins Returns and it looks like it will be practically perfect when it drops in full on 19th December, just in time for Christmas.
Emily Blunt has taken over the role as the nanny from Julie Andrews, proving that 'in every job that must be done, there is an element of fun'.
As the trailer opens, Mary descends from the clouds and is now visiting the Banks kids, who she used to look after, now that they are all grown up and have children of their own.

"You seem hardly to have aged at all," exclaims Michael Banks, portrayed by Ben Whishaw.
A shocked Mary replies: "Really? One never discusses a woman's age, Michael. Would have hoped I taught you better."
Michael has been recently widowed, meaning he and his children need Mary more than ever before. Michael's sister, Jane Banks (Emily Mortimer) is just as surprised to see her childhood nanny too.

The trailer itself is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, featuring fantastically colourful and dreamlike scenes as the nanny takes the family on a truly magical adventure.
Mary Poppins Returns has a star-studded line-up which includes top Hollywood names, such as Meryl Streep as Topsy, Mary's cousin.
Meryl's Mamma Mia co-star Colin Firth is also joining the cast as Fidelity Fiduciary Bank's William Weatherall Wilkins.
Pixie Davies, Joel Dawson and Nathanael Saleh star as the Banks children, and Lin-Manuel Miranda is Mary's close friend and London street lamplighter, Jack.
Dick Van Dyke is making a return to the sequel, but this time he's taking on the role of his original character's son, Mr Dawes Jr - true Mary Poppins fans will remember Mr Dawes Sr died from laughing in the original film. It looks like the actor hasn't aged a day either.

The new flick has been directed by Rob Marshall, who produced the movie alongside John DeLuca and Marc Platt, with Callum McDougall.
