Woman Matches With Man On Tinder But Stunned When He Asked If Her Mate Was Single

This woman wasn't expecting her Tinder match to message her about her mate.

Adele Elizabeth matched with John on Tinder and he messaged her straight away but it wasn't exactly what she was expecting.

Most guys opt for a cheesy chat up line or maybe a fun fact about himself or even a simple 'hey, how are you?'.

However, the man known as John went in with a different approach all together.

His message read: "Hi Adele I'm really sorry this is probably going to come across as really rude, I hope it doesn't.

"In your third picture you're with a blonde girl, she is honestly so stunning I was wondering if there was any way she was single you could maybe ask her if I could have her Instagram or number or something?

"Not trying to mug you off at all I just think she's unbelievable, sorry if that seems really rude of me."

Twenty-three-year-old Adele posted his message on Twitter, and it's since received 16K likes and 2.9K retweets.

She was shocked at his message at first, but she eventually saw the funny side, and decided to have some fun of her own with her Tinder match.

The friend he had his eyes on was called India but she has a twin sister so Adele gave John both of their Instagram handles, so he could guess which girl he liked.

Alas neither of the girls were interested in him. Oh dear.

She told Fabulous Online: "I thought it was funny because I don't take Tinder too seriously and I'm used to India getting all of the attention on nights out too.

"India isn't interested in him. I am still single, I have been all my life."

Since her viral Tweet it looks like love could be on the horizon for Adele.

She exclusively told PRETTY52: "I have had lots of men slide into my DMs... I'd say at least 100. Maybe one of them could be the one.

"I've also had lots of girls message me to tell me to ignore the Tinder message and that men are trash which I think is lovely."

Meanwhile Adele has received tweets of support with one person saying: "I think your gorgeous Adele."

Another person tweeted: "I've had guys do this before, how they think this is acceptable like????"

A third person said: "That's worse than being friend zoned. You're the facilitator of other people's hookups. That's awful."
