Zara Tindall has spoke about the heartbreak of suffering from two miscarriages with her husband Mike, in a heartbreaking interview on BBC Breakfast.
This was her first televised interview since their loss, and she discussed the impact it had on them both, as a couple and as individuals.
She told BBC Breakfast presenter Sally Nugent that the hardest thing about their situation was that everyone knew.

Zara said: "When things like that happen, normally it's just your family and friends, but unfortunately everyone knew about it.
"Actually I had so many letters saying, 'I'm so sorry, we've been through the same thing', which was incredible, and thank you to all those people."
The former Olympian also spoke about how hard the miscarriages were on her husband, as he felt 'helpless'.
The Queen's granddaughter continued: "It's very different for us because we're carrying the child, but for guys I guess it's kind of that helpless feeling, which must be incredibly high and horrible for them.
"At the end of the day they've still lost a child too."
Zara added: "Being helpless is horrible isn't it.. for anyone. So.. you know, he's... it's been a horrible road but, you know, actually now we've come out the end of it, hopefully it makes you a stronger family."
The couple have two children, Mia, three, and Lena, two months.
The royal announced in November 2016 that a pregnancy she had announced the previous month ended in miscarriage.
Zara and Mike announced in November they were expecting a baby, saying they were 'very, very happy' and looking forward to 2017.
But in July this year, she revealed that she suffered another miscarriage before becoming pregnant with Lena, who was born in June.
When Zara confirmed the sad news at the time, she told Sunday Times: "For me, the worst bit was that we had to tell everyone - everyone knew. I had to go through having the baby because it was so far along. I then had another miscarriage really early on."
She added: "It was a time when my family came to the fore and I needed them. You need to go through a period where you don't talk about it because it's too raw, but, as with everything, time's a great healer."
