After continuing to keep it real throughout her pregnancy, Stacey Solomon has been widely praised by her followers for now showing the realities of childbirth with a graphic post-birth image.
Stacey welcomed her first baby with Joe Swash yesterday, with the actor sharing an image of the Loose Women panellist on a hospital bed in a blood splattered t-shirt with their tot lying on her stomach to announce its arrival.
It looks like the baby arrived just seconds before the image was taken by Joe.
While plenty of celebrities choose to share photos of themselves in full glam for birth announcements (which is also totally fine, too) plenty of Stacey's followers and friends praised the star for a refreshing and truthful photo to show what giving birth actually looks like.

Joe announced the arrival of their baby on behalf of Stacey on Thursday, indicating in the caption their bundle of joy had arrived much sooner than anticipated.
The couple now share four children together, as Stacey has two boys from previous relationships, Leighton, seven, and Zachary, 11, while Joe has a son, Harry, 11, with Emma Sophocleous.
Joe shared: "This morning. A lot earlier than planned I watched the love of my life, bring a new life into the world. We are overwhelmed, overjoyed and apprehensive of what's to come.

"Mummy and baby are well and resting. We are so grateful for all of the love, support and positivity we've received over the last 8 months. I'm lost for words to describe how I'm feeling.
"So for now, I'm going to spend the next few days and the rest of my life falling more in love with these two humans. I didn't think it possible but, today I witnessed the impossible. My partner, My love, my life, you are a super human. I am forever in awe. Joe X."
He also shared a snap of their baby gripping onto his thumb, adding: "2day has been amazing!!!!"

The couple haven't yet confirmed the tot's moniker or sex.
