Love Island star Chloe Crowhurst has been charged with drink driving.
The Sun reports that she was stopped by police in Sussex last Sunday afternoon, where she was administered a roadside test, which she then failed.
22-year-old Chloe was arrested at the scene, and has been charged with drink driving.
The reality star is set to appear in court on the 20th of November.
Chloe, who used to date TOWIE star Jon Clark, stated she was a "TV employee" when asked to state her job title by police.
She has been given conditional bail ahead of her court appearance.
A police statement reads: "At 12.20pm on Sunday 5 November, police received a report of a driver suspected to be under the influence of alcohol leaving the Holiday Inn in Haslett Avenue East, Crawley.
"Chloe Crowhurst, 22, a TV employee, of Romford, Havering, was arrested and charged with driving with 50mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in her system.
"She was released on unconditional bail and is due to appear before Crawley Magistrates' Court on November 20."
The Love Island star was seen partying at Shocktober Fest in Crawley the night before the drink driving incident is said to have occurred.
Speaking to The Sun about the arrest, a friend of Chloe's said: "What she did was really stupid - she'd only had a few hours of sleep.
"She's lucky she was stopped just after she left the hotel otherwise something horrible could have happened."
Chloe is yet to comment on her arrest.
