Lisa Armstrong looks better than ever after reportedly losing one stone since her split with Ant McPartlin earlier this year.
The 41-year-old wore a lovely shift dress for her friends wedding and wore her peroxide-blonde hair in a neat ponytail - and she looked incredible.
According to Woman magazine sources say that the former Deuce star has lost almost 14 pounds since embarking on a new healthy lifestyle.
The insider said: "Lisa's cut back on alcohol and has put herself on a low GI diet.
"She's drinking smoothies packed full of good stuff and all the cardio miles have really accentuated her amazing legs and has helped her lose the best part of a stone.
"It's fair to say that Lisa's feeling the best - and the strongest - she has in quite a while."

Lisa, who is a TV makeup artist, has recently confirmed that she will be back to work her magic on Strictly Come Dancing later this year.
A fan tweeted Lisa saying: "Hope you'll be back on @bbcstrictly as you are fantastic x"
She replied saying: "Of course that's my job and has been for the past 11 years!! xx."
Lisa also recently landed a make-up artist role on Stephen Mulhern's new show, In For A Penny.
The show is spin-off of Ant's and Declan Donnelly's show Saturday Night Takeaway.
A source told the Mirror Online:"Lisa has been taking a much-needed break in LA but it's time to get back to work.
"She's been with good friend Stephen Mulhern all week working on In For A Penny, but her pals are a little surprised she's returned to the show given that it's Ant and Dec's production company that makes it."
