Lindsay Lohan has just made some pretty controversial and shocking claims in her latest Instagram video.

The Mean Girls star has just spoke out about disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein who is currently in the midst of a damning sexual assault and harassment scandal.

The 31-year-old actress even took a swipe at his wife Georgina Chapman who has just announced that she is going to file for divorce from the movie mogul...

Lindsay swiftly deleted the video just an hour after she uploaded it to the social media sharing site, but not before plenty of people had watched it.

It seems like the actress is one of the only celebs to have defended Weinstein since the allegations came to light.

Weinstein is allegedly on his way to to Europe for 'sex therapy' after he was accused of 'harassing' several A-list actresses, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Ashley Judd, and Rose McGowan.

Lindsay's video comes as Georgina announced that she was splitting from her husband of 10 years, who she also has two young children with, India Pearl, 7, and Dashiell Max Robert, 4.

In a statement, the British fashion designer said: "My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions.

"I have chosen to leave my husband. Caring for my young children is my first priority and I ask the media for privacy at this time."

Weinstein was fired from his production company after the New York Times published allegations from multiple women who claimed that he had 'sexually harassed' them.

The producer has denied all the allegations, and in a statement on behalf of Weinstein, a spokesperson said: "Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein.

"Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.

"Mr. Weinstein obviously can't speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Mr. Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual."
