Lady Gaga has split from fiancé Christian Carino, a rep has confirmed.
In a statement issued to People, the source stated: "It just didn't work out. Relationships sometimes end." They continued: "There's no long dramatic story."
Speculation about the pair's relationship first arose at the Grammy Awards, when Lady Gaga was spotted making a heartfelt speech without her engagement ring earlier this month...
People were also quick to note how the 'A Star Is Born' actress failed to thank her fiancé in her acceptance speech after her song 'Shallow' won the prize for Best Pop Duo or Group Performance.

Carino was also notably absent from the award ceremony, despite Gaga having brought former fiancé, Taylor Kinney, to the same event previously.
Gaga and Carino announced their engagement back in 2017, leaving the world in awe.
The pair met while Carino was acting as Gaga's agent as part of Creative Artists Agency - an agency known for its superstar clients.

While making an award acceptance speech at Elle's 25th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration, Lady Gaga took a moment to thank her fiancé, leaving everybody shocked, as this was the first time the world had learned of her engagement.
Soon after, pictures of the star's whopping engagement ring began to surface on Instagram, and it's safe to say we were all incredibly jealous.

Given the private nature of their engagement, it's likely the couple will want to remain silent about their split, but we can only hope that both parties are happy and healthy during this difficult time.
