Kim Kardashian Announces Fourth Baby's Arrival On Twitter

Kim Kardashian has announced the arrival of her fourth baby with Kanye West following today's news their surrogate had gone into labour.

The new mum-of-four shared the happy news on Twitter, telling the world "he's here and he's perfect!"

Kim and Kanye have welcomed a baby boy, and it is their second child born via surrogate - their youngest daughter, Chicago, was also born via surrogate last year.
