Reality star Kate Wright and former professional footballer Rio Ferdinand have announced that they are engaged.
The couple each shared posts on their Instagram accounts, announcing that they are set to marry to their fans, after a year and a half together.
Posting images of the romantic proposal, which showed Rio's three children looking on, Kate wrote: "The perfect end to our holiday.

"How could the answer not be yes."
Rio shared the same series of snaps, adding: "She said yes. How these 3 kids kept it a secret I'll never know."
The professional footballer popped the question while the family were on holiday together in Abu Dhabi.

The proposal showed Rio getting down on one knee for the former TOWIE star with the entire city lit up in the background, with a camera capturing the moments in the background.
Fans were quick to congratulate the couple on their happy news as soon as the posts were shared on Thursday.
One person wrote: "Couldn't be happier for you all, deserve all the happiness in the world."

And another echoed: "You deserve all the happiness and more....after a tough time you've found it again and I couldn't be happier for you and your family."
"Wow what an amazing way to do it with kids involved," added a third fan, while a fourth gushed: "Congrats!! Perfect couple. Very happy for both of you."
Kate and Rio confirmed that they were dating in July last year, following months of rumours that they were an item.

Widower Rio has one daughter, Tia, seven, and two sons Tate, 10, and Lorenz, 12, with his wife Rebecca Ellison who sadly passed away of breast cancer in 2015.
Former TOWIE star Kate famously 'quit showbiz' so that she could focus on the footballer's children.
