Jeremy Kyle Welcomes First Grandchild After Daughter Gives Birth
Fifty-three-year-old Jeremy Kyle aka everyone's favourite talk show host has just become a grandfather for the first time, as his daughter Harriet's given birth.
Harriet, Jeremy's daughter from his first marriage to Kirsty Rowley, welcomed baby Isla into the world over the weekend.
A spokesperson for Jezza was quick to confirm the birth and Jeremy's reaction, announcing: "Jeremy is absolutely ecstatic."
Jezza is said to be 'over the moon' with her arrival, according to a source close to the family.
The source went on to say: "He's going to spoil little Isla rotten and is proud as punch. He hasn't stopped smiling since."
TV co-star and therapist Graham Stanier shared a heartwarming photo of Jeremy and the new arrival just after her birth.
Jeremy definitely looks the part of a doting grandad, glowing with pride as he cradles the new addition to the Kyle brood in his arms.
Isla, a Scottish Gaelic name meaning "river" is set to be one of the most popular baby names of 2018, and it's a definite hit within Jeremy's family.
This year is proving to be a great one for Jeremy, after proposing to his partner Vicky at the end of January. The two have dated for quite some time, and now Vicky is set to become Jeremy's third wife.
But unlike the stage of The Jeremy Kyle Show, there doesn't appear to be any family dramas in Jeremy's life.
A source close to the TV host said on the relationship: "Jeremy is completely loved up with Vicky - she's put a smile back on his face.
"Both sets of families are absolutely chuffed for them."
Jeremy proposed to his partner on the Grenadines Islands in the Caribbean at the beginning of the year.
