Cheryl Tweedy Likes Post About 'Breathe, Trust And Let Go' While On Holiday With Liam Payne

Cheryl Tweedy and boyfriend Liam Payne have been plagued with rumours about breaking up for months, and it seems Cheryl has added fuel to the fire.

The couple are currently on a 'make or break' holiday and 34-year-old Cheryl was seen 'liking' an Instagram post about unhappiness on Wednesday morning.

The post urges readers to "breathe, trust and let go "and was uploaded by The Saturday's Rochelle Humes.

The post says: "Find balance in your life. Work hard, but don't let work take over your life, you will lose yourself. Love, but love for the right reasons. Life is too short for anything mediocre."

It continues: "Know who you are and know that you are worthy of reaching your dreams and that it is never too late to start creating that life you have always dreamed of.

"Do not compare yourselves to others, that's just deadly. No two souls are the same. Some things are meant to happen and some are not. Let go of whatever is stealing your happiness, it's hard but it's worth it.

"Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes, you just need to breathe, trust and let go."

Liam was recently seen partying with a female friend in Dubai who is also his backing dancer, Chloe Ferns.

Tabloids were quick to question the nature of their relationship however a clearly miffed Cheryl took to Twitter to put them straight saying: "I usually don't bother myself to respond to stupid articles. But in my silence they hold the pen.

"This is a stupid article, clutching at very small straws. But I can't ignore this story involving an innocent dancer colleague of Liam's who has a fiancé, and dragging them into this desperate attempt to try to cause problems between Liam and I. Nor do I understand the almost daily onslaught of stories."
