If you've got an upcoming birthday or special occasion, you might be pretty stuck on just what you can do for it that isn't bank-breakingly expensive. Well, we've found a killer deal for you that'll see you sailing across the channel and getting your hands on six delicious bottles of wine.

If you want to go to France on a day trip sometime in May (up until May 28) you can take the ferry from Dover to Calais with P&O. Now, that you may already know. But this deal means you can get there for just £12.50 each way and return home with a crate of wine. That's basically negative currency!
It's pretty simple, too. All you have to do is head to the P&O website, on the left hand menu select a Dover to Calais return, pick your car and number of passengers, select the date (don't forget to say you're returning the same day).
When it prompts you to add the promo code, input WINE19 (making sure to put it in ALL CAPS to avoid any mistakes). This will secure you six entire bottles of wine for your journey. Then, just check out, and you're all sorted.
