He calculates women’s worth using a points-based system.

Although a picture can tell a thousand words, on Tinder it is through bios that some people use to stand out.

One man decided he would try and filter out potential suitors by designing a personality points system, reducing women's value to nothing more than mere maths.

Twitter user @TheDreamGoul posted a picture of what she called 'the world's worst straight dude tinder bio'.

In it shows the number of points that are awarded to women according to specific traits. For example, being able to hold a conversation gets 2 points as does going to school (school being university in US) and being shorter than 5"3. Smoking cigarettes, watching Netflix for more than 3 hours a day or not being able to cook all lose points.

But it was one criteria that confused the Internet - 'professional and ratchet'.

Others criticised his points weighting, asking why being 'a freak in the bed' and 'practising a religion' are on par with one another, while some asked what he meant by 'bougie'.

One man sadly pointed out that even by outing his behaviour, there will be more to come bad bios to come.

In the past we've had all kinds of douche-baggery from men on Tinder listing their personal criteria for the kinds of women they would only date.

From the guy who sent a 15-point bullet list to a woman if she wanted to get a second date with him, to another who tricked a woman into attending his grandmother's funeral with him, there is no shortage of Tinder horror stories out there.

Although it is useful to directly state what you're looking for in your dating profile, there are better ways to go about finding your perfect match than using a crude, points-based system.

Try using your bio to add a conversation starter, your favourite show, or perhaps even a riddle if you really want to put people to the test. Just don't be a douchebag.
