Lidl Is Now Selling Anti-Snore Pillows And It's Going To Save Your Relationship

If you're a snorer (or sleep next to someone who is) then listen up, because Lidl is now selling an anti-snore pillow.

The Silent Night anti-snore pillow is being sold in stores nationwide as of today for the very reasonable price of £7.99 - more than 50% off its RRP price.

So how exactly does it work? Well, the pillow has been ergonomically designed to support your head and neck, encourage better body alignment and snore-free sleep.

The brand promises the pillow is ideal for side or back sleepers and features an 'S' shaped foam support core. It's also hypoallergenic.

What's more, it's been tested on behalf of the British Snoring & Sleep Aponea Society and proven to reduce snoring in its users.

Unfortunately, the pillow will not be sold online, meaning you'll have to get out of bed to grab yourself Lidl's deal.

According to the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association, there are approximately 15 million snorers in the UK, meaning snoring affects roughly 30 million people (a moment for all those unfortunate partners).

Figures from a recent survey show that men are louder snorers than women, and 58% of snorers are aged between 50-59 years old.

While Lidl's new offering is great for snorers who suffer as a result of their posture, there are many other causes for making the noise when you sleep.

One of the main factors is age: when you reach middle age your throat becomes narrower and the muscle in your throat decreases, causing your to snore. Another cause can be weight, as you carry excess fat around your throat which can contribute to snoring.

Many of us will also find that snoring increases after a heaving night of drinking, because alcohol increases muscle relaxation leading to more snoring.

Somehow we have a feeling Lidl's anti-snore pillows will be flying off the shelf, how about you?
