Similarly to Cards Against Humanity, you play by choosing a judge, whoever deemed to be the "kinkiest of the bunch", but then taking turns.
The judge starts by reading a red setup card to the group, with the remaining players selecting the most inappropriate white card from their hand for consideration. Whoever is judge chooses who has given the funniest card, and the first player to collect five setup cards wins.
