Get your body working, muscles toning and sweat pouring with this high intensity workout. All you need to do is choose the exercises that correspond to each letter of your name to make up your workout!

If your name is longer, then the workout's going to take you more time; if you're lucky enough (like me!) to have a short name, then repeat it a few times. Ideally you should be working at a high level (nice and quickly through all the exercises whilst ensuring good form) for a good 30 minutes. Rest as and when you need but make sure your rests are short.

So for example, when I did this workout (my name is Sam Neades), it looked like this:

1 min of SKIPPING

40 alternating AB BIKES

40 alternating MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

20 NARROW SQUATS

20 EXPLODING STAR JUMPS

40 alternating AB BIKES

20 DOUBLE CRUNCHES

20 EXPLODING STAR JUMPS

1 min of SKIPPING

(I repeated this through three times and just rested at the end of each 'round' to make up a workout of just over half an hour.)

A is for AB BIKES (x 40 alternating - 20 per side)

B is for BURPEES (x 15)

C is for CRUNCHES (x 20)

D is for DOUBLE CRUNCHES (x 20)

E is for EXPLODING STAR JUMPS (x 20)

F is for FORWARD JUMP BURPEES (x 15)

G is for GOBLET SQUAT (x 20)

H is for HIGH PLANK (x 1 min)

I is for INCHWORMS (x 20)

J is for JUMP SQUATS (x 20)

K is for KICK SQUATS (x 20 alternating - 10 each side)

L is for LUNGES (x 30 alternating - 15 per side)

M is for MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS with CORE TWIST (x 40 alternating - 20 per side)

N is for NARROW SQUATS (x 20)

O is for ONE-LEG BALANCE (x 15 each leg)

P is for PRESS UPS (x 15)

Q is for QUICK FEET (x 1 min)

R is for RUNNERS (x 40 alternating - 20 per side)

S is for SKIPPING (x 1 min)

T is for TRICEP DIPS (x 15)

U is for UPWARD FACING KICKS (x 30 alternating - 15 each side)

V is for V-SITS (x 20)

W is for WIDE SQUATS (x 20)

X is for X-HOPS (x 20)

Y is for 'hands in a' Y-SQUATS (x 20)

Z is for ZIG-ZIG JUMPS (x 20)

Now most of the exercises you'll know! But here are a few pictures and videos of the ones you might not have heard of:
