Ever since Cheryl gave birth to baby Bear, we've all been twiddling our thumbs waiting for her to do a TV interview and tell us all about it. The suspense was unreal. So much so, in fact, we could barely concentrate on anything. It was a struggle to say the least.

But earlier today our prayers were answered, as ITV's This Morning finally aired the interview we've been waiting for. At long last we were about to hear all the juicy gossip Chez had to spill about being a mum. We were about to learn the ins and outs of her nappy changing technique, how many times she's had to dodge baby wee, and how many hours of shut eye she's getting every night.

Here we go...

Now if you're anything like us, you may have found that clip of Cheryl ever so slightly underwhelming.

Apart from the fact Chezza barely even mentioned her little bundle of joy, the majority of the interview was made up of beauty regime chat, and while she's obviously one very beautiful lady, it's not the kind of gossip we were after.

And it looks like we're not the only ones who think so, because This Morning viewers have been heading to Twitter to their masses to express their disappointment.

"I like Cheryl Cole but why has she weirdly come out the woodwork to do this boring feature on This Morning about her makeup routine?[sic]" questioned one.

"This Morning hyped that Cheryl interview all week and it was just beauty tips lmao,[sic]" exclaimed someone else.

While a third added: "That interview with Cheryl really wasn't worth 3 weeks of promo.[sic]"

However, it wasn't all doom and gloom, as some of Chezza's biggest fans took to the social media platform to applaud the simplicity of her interview.

One wrote: "I love how it was simple and she didn't speak about anything else. Love her so much g.[sic]"

"Always have, always will love ahs looking so much happier & healthier,[sic]" gushed another.

We love you, Chez, but please spill the tea next time. We'll put the kettle on.
