We can't believe we didn't know this...

Peaky Blinders series 6 debuted on our screens last week and we finally have our weekly fix of Cillian Murphy and the rest of the Shelby family back.

As fans of the show, we thought that we knew all there was to know about Peaky Blinders, but oh how wrong we were because it turns out that Finn Cole, who plays the role of Michael Gray, was not the only real-life family member in the show.

Say what now/!

That's because he worked alongside his real life brother Joe Cole, who played John Shelby from series 1-4. Who knew that?!

Talent must really run in the family. I bet their mum can't enough of the show.

One Peaky Blinders fan Twitter account posted: "When did you find out [that] John Shelby and Michael Tray are brothers in real life? (Joe Cole and Finn Cole)".

One fan replied: "Just now!"

Another viewer said: "What?!?!?!"

This wasn't the first time that the brothers have starred alongside each other though, as they both made their acting debut in the film Offender.

Joe played the lead role in the thriller, whereas Finn had a smaller role, playing a riot-boy in the film which was set in juvenile prison.

Finn Cole also starred in Animal Kingdom, however producers said that his role in Peaky Blinders had nothing to do with the casting.

Writer and producer, Jonathan Lisco, said: "While casting J, I wasn't looking at credits. We were looking for someone who could move us or break our hearts, or have some kind of riveting effect.

"When I saw his tape, I didn't know that he was in Peaky Blinders. He has an inscrutable quality but doesn't come off merely as a cipher.

"J has a lot going on behind his eyes, but you didn't feel like he's thoroughly innocent. He's not some pure kid."

Impressive stuff.

Peaky Blinders continues this Sunday at 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
