HBO has just dropped the trailer for Westworld series three, and it's set to take viewers further into the crazy futuristic world outside the Delos Parks.

It offers a closer look at new cast member Aaron Paul (best known as Breaking Bad's Jesse Pinkman) who is set to play a starring role in the third installment alongside Evan Rachel Wood as Dolores.

Set for release in 2020, the series will be set in the hyper-futuristic world surrounding the parks - and the teaser trailer gives us a sneak peak of what to expect.

While there is no official synopsis for the series, the trailer shows Paul's character attempt to navigate the seemingly perfect world he lives in, hanging "the rough edge" and searching for "something real".

There's also some super cool technology to look out for: namely automatic motorbikes and hovercrafts.

While we don't know much about Paul's character, he has previously told Digital Spy: "All I can say is it's par for the course ... what is so great about Westworld is it's just so inventive and different and dangerous and gory, but this doesn't shy away from that, this particular new addition."

The new series will see Evan Rachel Wood (Dolores) and Thandie Newton (Maeve) return to their roles, and we also see new cast members Lena Waithe, Scott Mescudi (also known as rapper Kid Cudi), and Marshawn Lynch joining.

Like the first two series, the third series will have 10 episodes.

After Dolores' escape at the end of series two, Nolan and Joy confirmed the third series will step past the boundaries of the Wild West theme park.

"It's been a long build-up to get outside the park," they told Entertainment Weekly. "And we're incredibly excited about what that looks like and sounds like and what exactly our hosts discover out there."
