The Glee cast reunited for a karaoke night (what else?) and chose to belt out the Oscar-winning Shallow from A Star Is Born on the stage.

Four years after the musical TV show's end, several of the series' stars got together at a Los Angeles bar to belt out the emotional song by Lady Gaga.

The performance was shared in videos captured by fans, which show Darren Criss expertly taking to the piano to accompany excellent vocals by Winter Rae.

Darren was joined by other cast members, including Chord Overstreet, Diana Agron, Amber Riley, Jenna Ushkowitz, Harry Shum Jr., and Kevin McHale.

The cast members were clearly delighted to be back in each other's company, with Harry sharing a hilariously blurry photo of the group, calling it: "The best photo we've ever taken," and McHale posting the same picture alongside a more in-focus photo, joking: "Reality vs expectations."

If this reunion of the cast is making you hope for a comeback for the hit show, we sadly can't grant you this wish - however, we have other great news in store.

Streaming giant Netflix recently announced that all six series of Glee will be hitting the platform this month, so even if you've never watched a single episode of the all-singing, all-dancing show, now's your opportunity.

Last month saw the show's 10th anniversary, with a number of the cast paying tribute to the series that changed their lives.

One of its biggest stars, Lea Michele, shared a throwback photo of her character, writing "Just a small town girl" and also took part in a Q&A with fans, where she said she'd be "one million percent" up for starring in a reboot of the show.

It's time for us to cancel this week's plans, not just to sob over A Star Is Born for the umpteenth time, but also to dive into all the nostalgia as we watch Glee once again from start to finish.
