Last night was the most explosive episode of Love Island yet, and we've been waiting all day to find out what the repercussions will be.

Well, we've finally had a sneak peek at tonight's episode, and it seems the villa will be just as drama-filled as last night.

Fans will see Amber Gill and Michael Griffiths confronting each other around the fire pit in the aftermath of the the recoupling in which he shocked everyone by choosing newbie Joanna.

Michael admits it feels "different" to see Amber again, saying: "There were situations where I thought she really just wasn't that into me.

"I hadn't been staying true to myself, biting my tongue in situations I wouldn't usually bite my tongue in and overlooking things I wouldn't usually overlook." Amber is naturally shocked to hear his conclusion, saying she finds it "confusing".

We also see Anna Vakili confronting Michael about his choice, urging him to be honest about his reason for dumping Amber.

The firefighter responds by branding Amber and Anna "pathetic" and even accuses Amber of making him look like a "d*ckhead".

Then it's the turn of Curtis and Amy to have a painful conversation, in which Curtis says he'll be "completely truthful" about his head-turning, admitting to Amy that he wanted to recouple with Jourdan rather than her.

Amy can be seen tearing up, saying that Curtis has made her feel "worthless" and that she feels like "utter sh*te".

In the beach hut, Amy, who has never had a boyfriend before, sobs: "I thought I'd met my first love and the one and it turns out I haven't. I'm someone's back up plan yet again."

Curtis seems to regret his actions too, taking to the beach hut to say that he's "messed up" and been "disrespectful" to Amy.

After the fallout from last night's episode, it will be interesting to see how the fractured relationships of the Islanders end up playing out.
