We've already brought you the names of the judging panel, the celebrity line-up of guest panelists and the names of the contestants who will be hoping to impress Mama Ru when the first ever UK edition of RuPaul's Drag Race hits screens later this year- and now, we have the most important detail of all.

The BBC has announced that the first episode will air on Thursday 3rd October which means there's only six weeks to go!

That's 42 days, 1008 hours or 60,480 minutes until the fabulous queens hit our screens for a brand-new series brimming with lip sync battles, modelling, acting, comedy and dancing.

The excitement is real!

Airing exclusively on BBC three, episodes will be available weekly from 8pm every Thursday on BBC iPlayer.

If you've not been following our updates religiously, shame on you. You've missed so much amazing news, such as the fact that Mama Ru's BFF and sidekick Michelle Visage will be joining her on the judging panel, alongside iconic chat show hosts Graham Norton and Alan Carr, who will be rotating as resident judges up until the final episode where they will both appear.

The queen of Newcastle, Cheryl, is just one of many celebrity guests judges, including Spider-Man's Andrew Garfield, Game of Thrones actress Maisie Williams and Spice Girl Geri Horner.

BBC documentarian Stacey Dooley and daytime TV host Lorraine Kelly will also be appearing as guests during the snatch game.

The 10 contestants were also revealed yesterday, and include 35-year old Divina DeCampo, scouse beauty The Vivienne and Cruella De Vil lookalike Baga Chipz.

There's also 25-year old Cheryl Hole from Essex who promises to bring Essex glamour with a touch of showgirl to the stage, as well as 34-year-old Crystal who calls herself a "gender bending,'mess with your brain' kinda drag queen."

Ladies, start your engines!
