How many times have you looked back through your old photos and cringed yourself to sleep over how awful you looked at one point or another? Five? Ten? Fifteen million?

This guy knows.

But no matter how many embarrassing 'just been tangoed' mirror pictures you took of yourself back in the day, you can rest safe in the knowledge that even the most wonderful of celebrities have been through exactly the same phase, including Lucy Mecklenburgh.

Like us, back in 2010 she looked like a different person, and to be honest, we didn't realise quite how much she's changed up until now.

Seriously, watch this clip of Lucy from her first series of TOWIE and tell us she's not undergone one dramatic image transformation. Oh, and if you're struggling to put a name to that familiar looking blonde in the clip, it's Sam Faiers...

Seven years on and Lucy appears to have blossomed into one even more gorgeous butterfly, having transformed herself into a fitness guru through a load of exercise and healthy eating.

It's almost enough to get us to give up chocolate and start eating kale for breakfast. Almost...

But Lucy isn't the only TOWIE star to have undergone a dramatic image transformation since first appearing on the show, as Essex icon Chloe Sims also appears to have morphed into someone completely different.

Back in the day she had dark brown hair and wore A LOT of blush.

At her time of joining the show it was reported that she was charging £1,200 to appear at clubs and events as a Playboy Bunny. However, a spokesperson for Playboy later confirmed she'd 'lied' about the title, and had no affiliation to the brand.

Oh, Chlo.
