Reese Witherspoon In Talks To Produce Legally Blonde 3

Good news for Legally Blonde fans as Elle Woods and Bruiser Woods the Gemini vegetarians are back as it's announced Reese Witherspoon is in talks with MGM about producing Legally Blonde 3.

As well as starring in the new film as Elle Woods, Reese would also produce the film with her production company Hello Sunshine if the deal goes through, according to Variety.

The ultimate girl power gal is reportedly bringing back both Karen McCullah Lutz and Kirsten Smith to help write the newest addition to the trilogy so it's bound to be just as amazing as the first two.

Marc Platt, and his Platt Productions president Adam Siegal, who produced the first two films, are also set to work on the newest film in the trilogy if all goes to plan.

Legally Blonde originally came out back in 2001 and officially feel ancient, but we can't wait for the next installment.

The original movie was a huge success, grossing an impressive $141.8 million worldwide and it even went on to inspire stage adaptations all over the world.

The story followed an enthusiastic sorority sister with a love of all things pink, on a mission to win back her ex-boyfriend by gaining a law degree from Harvard University.

Legally Blonde 2 wasn't too far behind, grossing an impressive $124.9 million so if the third film is commissioned, it's bound to be a huge success.
