A brand new series of the Great British Bake Off began on Tuesday, and it seems Prue Leith has already rubbed people up the wrong way with her 'infuriating' new catchphrase.
The 78-year-old returned to Channel 4 for her second series of the baking competition, alongside fellow judge Paul Hollywood.
But as Prue and Paul began tasting the new batch of bakers' delights, Prue said one sweet treat was 'worth the calories', which is not something most of us want to think about while indulging in something naughty.
Taking to Twitter, one enraged viewer wrote: "24 minutes into episode one. That's how long it took Prue to say something was 'not healthy but worth the calories' YOU'RE ON A SHOW ABOUT BISCUITS."

A second fumed: "#GBBO it's only week one & Prue is banging on about 'worth the calories' give it a rest & eat the damn biscuits woman!"
"SHUT UP ABOUT CALORIES PRUE #GBBO," one raged while another agreed, adding: "I don't like Prue talking about food being worth the calories, watching #GBBO is pretty much the only time I don't care about calories and being a greedy guts!"
While we know Prue isn't the most social media savvy woman - we're not even going to mention the biggest Twitter blunder of 2017 - it seems like the TV chef didn't check her online feedback from last year's series, where people were equally enraged about her mentioning the C-word.

One viewer wrote: "Thoroughly furious that 'it's worth the calories' hasn't died a fiery death in between seasons," while a second added: "I HATE when Prue mentions calories - it's a bloody baking show no one watching is here to care about calories!!!"
"Petition for Prue to stop saying whether things are 'worth the calories' please?" a third suggested.

Judging by the online response, we're pretty sure the signatures would add up thick and fast. Come on, Prue. Cakes are for enjoying, not calorie counting.
