Noel Edmonds Tells John Barrowman Not To 'Scratch His Groin' On I'm A Celebrity

The Deal Or No Deal presenter entered the jungle as the Emperor, and it didn't take long for him to rub people up the wrong way.

John Barrowman and Noel Edmonds came to blows in the I'm A Celebrity jungle on Thursday night after the Deal Or No Deal presenter asked John not to scratch his groin.

Noel had already arguably rubbed campmates up the wrong way when he entered the jungle as Emperor and delegated jobs in a Roman gladiator style challenge.

When John, 51, stood up to ask Noel a question, Noel asked him not to scratch his groin when he spoke to him, which did not go down well with John.

Later in the programme, a frustrated John took to the Bush Telegraph to let rip on the TV veteran, who was the last campmate to enter the jungle.

"I know he was trying to make a joke and be funny but it didn't land well with me and for that moment I'm probably being overly sensitive and it's at this exact time that my husband would say I need a sandwich," he said.

"It's not his fault and I'm an adult, I know that, it was just that moment and some of us are feeling 'arghhh'."

The bust up comes after John's husband, Scott Gill, suggested Noel could be the first person to rustle John's feathers.

Scott told Extra Camp hosts, Scarlett Moffatt and Joel Dommett how surprised he was to see John taking the jungle life so well. Although he did admit some new characters could rub John up the wrong way.

When asked if there was anyone in camp that would irritate John, Scott said: "Not yet. I think there may be soon," he hinted before Noel's entrance.

"I don't know but I think he's really liking the balance of people in there, they're all meshing really well. When you throw something new into the mix it's always going to stir, I don't know how he's going to react to that."

He continued: "Noel's a big character, so there's a possibility they're going to clash which makes for great telly. Sit back and see what happens."

I'm A Celebrity continues on ITV at 9pm tonight.
