A new trailer for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! has just dropped ahead of its launch, next month.

The teaser trailer, which aired following The X Factor, featured a young girl trekking through the outback with her dad.

As the dad and daughter duo walk through the jungle, the young girl finds a yellow star and asks her dad what it is, who turns around and says: "You know the legends about the jungle, well they're true."

The pair continue their search for the jungle's entrance just when they stumble across the infamous I'm A Celeb bridge.

Fans were left slightly confused about the ad, as it gave very little to no information about the programme.

"The #ImACeleb promo didn't even feature Dec and Holly. No start date yet either! I don't get what all the hype was about," one fan tweeted.

If recent reports are anything to go by, we can expect to see the likes of The Chase's Anne Hegerty, Harry Redknapp, Sair Khan and X Factor star Fleur East battling it out to be crowned king or queen of the jungle.

Earlier in the evening, Declan Donelly took to Twitter to tease fans with the advert, tweeting from his and Ant McPartlin's official Twitter account.

"Keep your eyes peeled around #TheXFactor tonight, might just be the premiere of this years #ImACeleb promo. Not long now," he shared.

This year's series will see Holly Willoughby step in as a replacement for Ant, while he continues his break from presenting duties.

The Geordie presenter is taking a hiatus following a stint in rehab for alcohol and prescription drug addiction, after he was arrested for drink-driving.

While an exact start date is yet to be confirmed, Holly recently revealed she'd be leaving her presenting duties on This Morning very soon.

She said: "Half term with the kids and then off to the jungle!

"Oh my God, it's getting real now. I had a meeting yesterday with the whole I'm a Celeb team."

Of course, we'll miss Ant - but we can't wait for the new series to begin.
