Netflix has tonnes of new additions to the subscription streaming platform this October, including the Olsen Twins' New York Minute.

Mary-Kate and Ashley starred in the 2004 teen comedy movie, playing twins from Long Island with completely opposite personalities, who dupe their parents and have a series of adventures around NYC.

The film was billed as Ferrius Bueller's Day Off but for tweens, with Mary-Kate playing Roxy, a punky rock chick, and Ashley portraying Jane, an overachiever devoted to her education.

Jane needs to give a speech to a scholarship committee, but Roxy wants to meet her favourite band instead.

The girls somehow find themselves embroiled in a political scandal with a high-powered senator, while their school's truant officer attempts to locate them.

Mary Kate and Ashley's movie will be available from the 1st October, but if teen comedies don't float you boat, then Netflix has plenty of other flicks, specials and series for you to binge on instead.

The Haunting of Hill House will land on the subscription streaming platform on 12th October - perfect if you like to have the living daylights scared out of you.

Netflix's horror series is an adaptation of Shirley Jackson's classic 1959 novel, although it looks like director Mike Flanagan has changed the plot a fair bit.

The Haunting of Hill House will centre of five siblings who grew up in the famously spooky abode, and they are forced to return to the mansion and relive their nightmare all over again.

The nation has been gripped by BBC drama The Bodyguard, and Netflix has now picked up the series for its viewers. It'll be available to stream from 24th October.

Making A Murderer's highly anticipated second series will also drop on 19th October.

Part two will consist of 10 episodes, and will detail the 'high-stakes post-conviction process' of Steven Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey.

Avery and Dassey were convicted of killing Teresa Halbach in 2007.
