'On paper,' it's a recipe for disaster... or at least tears on the terrace; two girls living under one roof in the Love Island villa after both dating the same guy IRL.
We had the cushions ready for some seriously awkward moments in last night's episode after news broke that newbie Arabella Chi dated 2018 contestant Charlie Frederick - who is also an ex of this year's Lucie Donlan.
Charlie himself was not best pleased about the meet, taking to Instagram earlier in the day to share his shock. "Wow @loveisland you wanna hate my f****** life anymore?!!! Both my exes in the villa f****** madness."

He continued his rant with claims he'd still been seeing fellow model Arabella within the last fortnight.
"I feel like I've been completely mugged off. I'm truly upset that Arabella has lied to me about what she was doing and claiming she had a campaign but instead actioning going into Love Island [sic],' Charlie wrote as part of a lengthy Instagram Story.
But as Arabella sashayed through her new home, she got a warm reception from all - Lucie included.

It's not clear who dated who first - despite Charlie's earlier claims, the girls suggested Arabella actually dated Charlie before Lucie. But one thing's for sure, their meeting was anything but frosty.
Cornwall surf chick Lucie, who is also a model (yep, this is one beautiful triangle), instantly exclaimed: "I literally recognise you. You're my ex's ex. I've stalked you before," as the blondes grinned and hugged.
She continued by saying: "I recognised her straight away. I think I'd have a meltdown if Joe was here because she's so beautiful and obviously she was with my ex as well. But she's a really lovely girl, really nice and she's just so stunning."

Later, she was heard telling some of the boys: "She's really cool. She's a bit of a tomboy girl, I actually get on with her."
The episode ended with the pair giggling away while sharing a bed - a snap of which Charlie shared with the caption: "Raaa gotta laugh ain't ya [sic]" and a series of cry-laugh emojis.
The girls' reaction was a hit with Love Island viewers, too, many of whom expressed their joy at seeing them get on so well.
"The way Arabella and Lucie just addressed it rather than b*tching..." one Twitter user commented alongside a fist pump emoji.

"Lucie's reaction to Arabella, even though she's Lucie's ex's ex, was brilliant, wifey energy right there, she's the best girl in there by a mile," and "Lucie and Arabella are like my new favourite friendship," agreed others.
Now, who reckons Charlie should get plonked in Casa Amor so we can find out what history the trio really have?
