You've really got to feel for poor Amy Hart.

It's just days after the heartbroken islander left the villa and Maura has already made her move on her ex 'half boyfriend' Curtis Pritchard.

In tonight's episode of Love Island, Islanders will partake in a Dirty Dancing challenge which sees the boys wear heart monitors while each girl performs a dance routine, before they switch round.

Seeing it as the perfect opportunity to make her move on the ballroom dancer, Maura heads straight to the Beach Hut and declares: "I've got a it of a plan up my sleeve. I just can't wait to get to Curtis!"

And the Irish beauty most definitely doesn't disappoint; her cheeky lap dance even ends in a quick kiss, and her 23-year-old crush couldn't look happier.

Returning the favour, ballroom dancer Curtis picks Maura up during his dance and swirls her enthusiastically round the fire pit.

In a move slammed by islanders and viewers alike, Maura this week admitted she wanted to crack on with the dancer just days after he called things off with Amy - a confession that led to the distressed air hostess leaving the villa on Tuesday night's episode.

In an emotional scene, Amy said: "I came in here and I thought I was going to meet some nice people and I'd probably date one of them and they'd be alright, and then I met you and you completely turned my whole world around."

"We made each other happy...I want us to be best, best friends but we both need to move on and we both need to find someone that is going to make up as happy as we make them."

"Realistically for me, I'm not going to be ready in the next three weeks to meet someone else. Realistically for you, you will not be happy all the time here because you'll always put me first, because you're such a good person," she added.

"That's why I love you so much and that's why I want you to be happy."

Wednesday night's episode will also see newbies Chris Taylor and Francesca Allen pick two islanders each to take on dates, with the 28-year-old salesman choosing Belle and Maura, and 23-year-old Essex bombshell opting for Ovie and Curtis.

As new relationships start to bloom and old ones fall apart, the race is well and truly on for the 50k prize.

But will Maura get her prince?
