Fans of BBC mockumentary People Just Do Nothing are in for a treat this summer as the stars behind the BAFTA-winning series reunite for the Kurupt FM PodKast.

The new series from Brentford's favourite pirate radio station will be available exclusively to Audible and will star fan favourites MC Grindah, DJ Beats, DJ Steves and Chabbudy G on the mic.

The west London Kurupt collective will be joined by People Just Do Nothing's Michelle (Lily Brazier), Celeste Dring from This Country and Rovers' Mark Silcox.

The foursome will cover a range of topics including technology, relationships, survival, fashion and the supernatural whilst taking calls and offering all manner of life advice to listeners.

Forming in 2010, 'Kurupt FM' is a four-man collective made up of college friends Allan Mustafa, Hugo Chegwin, Asim Chaudhry and Steve Stamp.

Their experience on a real pirate radio station led them to create their much-loved dysfunctional comedy characters.

Having been picked up by the BBC in 2011, what began as a series of YouTube uploads soon became the BAFTA and RTS award-winning series, People Just Do Nothing.

Speaking about their new venture, MC Grindah (Allan Mustafa) said: "This is what you've all been waiting for, a podcast that's actually good, not just one that weird freaks in suits listen to on the train!"

While Chabuddy G (Asim Chaudhry) said: "I can't believe these idiots. Paying just to hear us chat. I didn't even get changed, I recorded most of the podcast in my boxers mate!"

The PodKast launches this summer on July 4th.
