Game of Thrones actor Kit Harington says the cast were left feeling "broken" by the final season.
HBO's fantasy drama series will come to an end when the eight - and last ever - season hits screens this April.

And by the sounds of things, the cast are feeling just as emotional as fans.
Kit, who stars as Jon Snow in GoT, told GQ: "The last season of Thrones seemed to be designed to break us."
The actor continued: "Everyone was broken at the end.
"I don't know if we were crying because we were sad it was ending or if we were crying because it was so f*cking tiring."

Teasing a dramatic finale, Kit added: "We were sleep deprived. It was like it was designed to make you think, 'Right, I'm f*cking sick of this'.
"I remember everyone walking around towards the end going, 'I've had enough now. I love this, it's been the best thing in my life, I'll miss it one day - but I'm done'."
Season eight of the show will comprise of six different episodes, with each being described as individual movies by HBO bosses. Details are thin on the ground, although there's been a couple of trailers thus far:
What viewers do know is that there will be an epic battle in the series, with Jon facing the Night King in episode three.

As Game of Thrones comes to a close, Kit has swapped Westeros for the West End, as he's currently trying his hand at theatre. Kit's current gig is in True West - a play by Sam Shepard.
The GoT actor stars alongside Johnny Flynn in the 'ferociously funny, modern classic', portraying warring brothers Austin and Lee.
