Inside The World's Toughest Prisons landed on Netflix back in July, and delves into the life behind bars. If you loved The Staircase, then you won't be able to get enough of the true crime series, which is presented by Raphael Rowe.

Raphael is no stranger to life behind bars either as he actually served 12 years locked up in a UK prison for a murder he didn't even commit.
Viewers are taken into some of the most dangerous prisons around the world, getting to see what being locked up is actually like in Inside The World's Toughest Prisons.
Channel 5 first ran the series, and now it is available to stream on Netflix with loads of extra episodes and footage, so you can binge watch to your heart's desire.
The show's cameras are taken into prisons in the four-part series in Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Ukraine and Belize, exploring the countries' crime and punishment systems.

Jails here are often run by gangs, so you should expect some explosive and dramatic scenes. You will get to meet one of the 'world's worst serial killers' as well as drug gang lords and a witch killer, in prisons where riots are all too familiar.
It is not just interviews with the inmates either, as you will also get to look inside their cells and get an insight into what their lives are like inside the grisly prisons.
He will also follow some of the jail's guards, and learn how they control huge numbers of inmates with limited resources in often volatile environments.
Speaking of the series, Raphael said: "Going back inside to film this series was one of the most challenging decisions I've made," Rowe said. Taking on the persona of a prisoner in order to immerse myself in the daily life and routine of convicted criminals and the conditions they are held in around the world was dangerous.
