Hayley Hughes and fellow islander Alex George had the most awkward moment known to mankind during the Love Island reunion show after Hayley forgot that the doctor even existed.
Despite Alex sitting just a few chairs away from Hayley, the 22-year-old had the rest of the Islanders in hysterics when she asked them all who Dr Alex George was.

It's not like she spent 24 hours a day in a villa with him this summer.
The group were playing a game where they had to fill in the blanks and, in the clip, Eyal Booker reads out a Christmas quiz, and asks the group "who Kendall wanted to go on a date with after she was dumped from Love Island."
The doctor's love interest from the island Alexandra Cane answered "Dr Alex," which led to Hayley shouting over the room "Who's Dr Alex?"

To try and save herself Hayley said: "Sorry I thought that was like a professional doctor," which of course meant the islanders laughed even more.
Alex seemed pretty surprised that Hayley had forgotten who he was and spoke about the snub a little later on.
He said: "I mean thanks Hayley, I'm literally sat right there, not that many seats down from her, and she forgot completely who I was."

Hayley also tried to explain the incident and said: "It sounds a bit like royalty or something. I'm better not speaking honest to God."
Love Island fans will remember that this isn't the first time Hayley has snubbed Alex as she refused to kiss the Doctor during a game in the villa.
It looks like the reunion, which will be aired tonight, is going to be full of awkward moments as exes Sam Bird and Georgia Steele are set to come face to face.

In a clip shared by the official Love Island Twitter page Georgia and Sam can be seen having a furious row about the real reason they split.
Sam can be seen telling the 20 year old: "Don't you think it's embarrassing that you bang on about being loyal and you weren't loyal to me?
"As soon as you walked into the door of your exes house, that's not loyal.

"No one needs to pick up their stuff from someone's house at 4 in the morning."
