*Spoilers ahead for The Big Bang Theory final episodes*
The Big Bang Theory fans are still noticing the sweetest details hidden inside the final two episodes of the beloved sitcom now that it's drawn to a close.
First, Kaley Cuoco's character, Penny, was spotted wearing the same floral top she was wearing in the first episode in the finale, which hit us in all the feels. Sheldon's Flash-themed T-shirt and Howard's belt are also the same ones they wore in that first episode.

And now fans have worked out why there was a time jump of 139 hours and 30 minutes as Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) rebuilt their atomic model, a decision which at first felt fairly random.
But this exact time has a special significance as if you were to watch The Big Bang Theory from the very, very start right up until the end credits rolled, it would take 139 hours and 30 minutes.

This exact time is a nod towards the fact that The Big Bang Theory is the longest running sitcom of all time in television history, too.
After noticing the sweet piece of trivia, one fan of the show shared on social media: "In the final episode of The Big Bang Theory, there was a time jump of 139 hours and 30 minutes while Leonard and Sheldon rebuilt their atomic model, which seems quite random.
"But if you look at how long it takes to watch every single episode of The Big Bang Theory, you'll realise it takes five days, 19 hours and 30 minutes."
They added: "Five days equals 120 hours, so in total it would take 139 hours and 30 minutes to watch all 12 seasons. #funfact."
