Dr Alex Shares Savage Comment After Georgia and Sam's Split

Love Island's Doctor Alex has shared a savage picture on Instagram after fellow islanders Georgia Steel and Sam Bird announced their split.

There are some pros to being single and one of them is not having to put yourself through a relationship breakup if a relationship doesn't work out.

However, most people would keep that feeling to themselves if all of the couples around them started to split.

But not Dr Alex, instead he shared a meme of himself sipping a glass of wine with the caption "Watching all the Love Island couples break up on the outside when you left the villa single."

The post, which must have been prompted by Georgia and Sam's split saw him being nicknamed 'Dr Savage' by his followers and fellow co-stars.

Josh Denzel commented: "Maaaaaaad Dr Savage out here [sic]." Samira Mighty also commented to say the doctor had "got well sassy lately."

The most surprising comments came from Georgia and Sam themselves. Georgia asked the Dr if she could have that glass of wine and Sam seemed to make a dig at his ex and commented: "#notloyal".

Sams comment could have been hinting at why the couple split, as today he claimed that the split was 'to do with Georgia's ex'.

The former couple announced their break-up on Thursday, despite appearing loved-up at ITV's Palooza in London days earlier.

When they announced the split neither of the pair explained what had happened and why they had chosen to go their separate ways.

Georgia posted an Instagram story of a 'late night drive' with her tour manager, Steven West, shortly after the announcement, leaving fans speculating whether the split as something to do with him.

But Sam has since insisted these rumours aren't true, and instead blamed the end of their relationship on Georgia's ex boyfriend.

"Claims that Georgia has cheated on me with our tour manager and friend Stevie Lux is NOT true," the personal trainer shared on his Instagram story.

Continuing his post, Sam declared: "It involves her ex."
