Doctor Alex George took to Twitter to poke fun at I'm A Celebrity's John Barrowman as the Doctor Who icon appeared to have forgotten to pack his sunscreen.
Love Island fans will remember that the trained medic spent his time in the villa as red as a tomato as his fair skin didn't stand up well to the Spanish sunshine.
And after being ridiculed for months on end, Alex jumped at the chance to send some support to the new I'm A Celeb campmate as he watched from home.
Taking to Twitter in the middle of the programme, Doctor Alex joked: "Hey @JohnBarrowman I know how it feels to suffer from sunburn on national television.

"Stay strong my man, we are rooting for you! #ImACeleb."
Oh, hell.
Despite recently returning back to doctor life, Alex didn't send John any advice on how he can stay safe in the Australian sunshine, although we'll happily suggest some factor 50.

Fans lapped up the tweet, and quickly responded with equally as hilarious messages.
"Missed a trick here. Should've tweeted 'we are beetrooting for you!'" joked one person.
And another I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! fan exclaimed: "Best thing I've read in a while."
"Lol! Reminds me of how deeply fried Alex's face was during his reality TV stint," declared somebody else, while a fourth replied: "Is it wrong as soon as I saw his sunburn already, I instantly thought of you."

Sun safety is no laughing matter and it seems like some of the other celeb camp mates struggled with sunburn too, included The Chase's Anne Hegerty.
John and Anne are joined by the likes of Harry Redknapp, Emily Atack, Sair Khan, Rita Simons and Nick Knowles plus a whole host of other celebs in this year's jungle.
Holly Willoughby is standing in for Ant McPartlin alongside Declan Donnelly to present, although her debut wasn't exactly met with a warm reception from some viewers.
