But when the doc begged Santa Claus to bring him one of the motors down his chimney this Christmas, fans watching couldn't cope.
One of his followers took to Twitter to share the clip, along with the words: "Honestly there's not a bigger danger on a social media platform than this ****." How rude.
The post has now gone viral, and has scores of retweets and favourites from tickled Love Island fans. Hopefully after his berating on social media, Alex will actually treat himself to one of these cars.

Doctor Alex took to his Instagram story to document the party, telling the lads to grab him a beer for his arrival. Pretty normal, right?
