Craig Revel Horwood has revealed that he blames Katya Jones for the kiss between her and Seann Walsh.

Speaking on Loose Women, the Strictly Come Dancing judge said that Katya should be 'taking more of the blame' for the kiss as it is like a 'teacher snogging a student'.

He did praise the pair for being brave and returning to the competition for their 'dance of shame', and compared the incident to 'snogging your boss at the Christmas party'.

Speaking on Wednesday's Loose Women, Craig said: "They are professional, they are being paid to do the job.

"I would put the ball in Katya's court. She should not have allowed it to happen. One - she's married. Two - he's in a relationship that's now over."

He added: "I thought they were brave to come back on the show and do their 'Dance of Shame' as I put it.

"If you snog someone at the Christmas party like you shouldn't have, like your boss, you have to turn up on Monday even if there are imprints on the photocopying machine.

"You have to face the music and dance. They did and I'm glad they did."

Craig's comments on the panel show come just days after Saturday night's show, where it was reported he was 'furious' about the couple being kept in the competition following all the controversy they've faced over the past week.

Seann and Katya were forced to issue public apologies after they were spotted kissing on a 'drunken' night out, despite both being in relationships.

Craig had previously been vocal about his thoughts on the pair, and later told guests he was 'dismayed' that the public had chosen to save them over presenter Katie Piper and her dancing partner Gorka Marquez.

"There was a lot of anger backstage on Saturday. The feeling from the professionals and judges was that Seann and Katya deserved to go - but they weren't even in the bottom two," a source told The Sun.

"He made it quite clear he felt they should have gone and that, if it hadn't been for poor- er performances, they would.

"Craig told guests how dismayed he was that the 'Terrible Two', as he calls them, were given another chance.

"Some were saying it's unfair as they're getting extra help when they've caused all this trouble.

"But producers did not want them to be seen dancing alone."
